Jesse Lloyd is a senior attorney with Angela M. Bean & Associates and practices all areas of immigration law. In addition to work with the firm, he serves on the board of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, Northern California chapter, and provides pro bono legal services to non-profit organizations.

In addition to speaking at national seminars for immigration attorneys, Mr. Lloyd has contributed immigration expertise to newspaper and television. Prior to joining the AILA Northern California board, he was a chapter pro bono coordinator, Immigration Court liaison, and Customs and Border Protection liaison. He frequently appears before the Board of Immigration Appeals and United States Court of Appeals, and successfully litigated a precedent-setting decision in the Second Circuit.

Complementing his expertise in family-based immigration, removal defense, appeals and naturalization, Mr. Lloyd has extensive experience in employment-based immigration matters, and has successfully represented individuals, small firms, and multi-national companies. A longtime Californian, Mr. Lloyd also worked for three years in New York, both as a sole practitioner and with a boutique immigration firm in Manhattan.
