Jesse Lloyd is a senior attorney with Angela M. Bean & Associates, handling most of the firm’s employment-based immigration matters in addition to work in all other areas of immigration law. He returned to the firm after approximately three years in New York City, where he worked both in a boutique immigration law firm and as a sole practitioner.

Mr. Lloyd has extensive experience in employment-based immigration matters, including labor certification, H-1B and other non-immigrant visas, petitions based on extraordinary ability, and immigrant visa petitions. He has successfully represented individuals, small firms, and multi-national companies in immigration matters, as well as providing guidance on workplace compliance.

Additionally, Mr. Lloyd is an expert in lawful permanent residency, removal defense, naturalization, and appeals. He has spoken nationally about removal defense, and served as a liaison from the private bar to the San Francisco Immigration Court. He has also practiced before the Board of Immigration Appeals and United States Court of Appeals.

Mr. Lloyd has provided pro bono services to newspapers, community organizations, law schools, and consulates. He is also involved in the American Immigration Lawyers Association, for which he has served at both the national and local levels.
