The registration period begins today, June 24, 2015, and runs through December 21, 2015.

Eligibility

To be eligible for TPS for Nepal, applicants must:

  2. Have been continuously physically present in the United States since June 24, 2015
  3. Have been continuously residing in the United States since June 24, 2015

Effect of criminal convictions

Applicants with criminal convictions or who may be inadmissible to the United States should speak to an attorney before registering, as certain criminal convictions can make you ineligible for TPS.
