The registration period begins today, June 24, 2015, and runs through December 21, 2015.

To be eligible for TPS for Nepal, applicants must:

  2. Have been continuously physically present in the United States since June 24, 2015
  3. Have been continuously residing in the United States since June 24, 2015

Effect of criminal convictions
