Our Areas Of Practice

Bay Area Roots With National Reach And Immigration Expertise
We are proud to be located in both Oakland and Brooklyn. Our work, however, extends well beyond the Bay Area and New York City. Managing partners Jesse Lloyd and Anita Mukherji have served on national committees with government agency officials and legal experts and have spoken extensively at the local, state and national levels.
In addition to their board certification, both Mr. Lloyd and Ms. Mukherji are past chairs of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, Northern California Chapter.
Consult With Our Skilled Immigration Team
The first step in every new case is a consultation. Rather than just a sales pitch, consultations provide valuable education about immigration options, discussing both the benefits and risks of any option. Sometimes, the best strategy may be to leave things as they are, and it is important to consult with an attorney who has the integrity and competency to know when not to do anything further. Even when we don’t propose further work, our consultations include an explanation and what changes might make new options available.
When we recommend further work, we credit the consultation fee toward future legal fees if we are hired within 30 days. At Bean, Lloyd, Mukherji, & Taylor, LLP, immigrants and their families have a powerful advocate at their side.
