Our attorneys have earned a reputation for strong advocacy on behalf of clients and dedication to the legal profession. Jesse Lloyd and Anita Mukherji, our managing partners, are certified specialists in immigration and nationality law through The State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization. Mr. Lloyd has been selected for inclusion in California Super Lawyers every year since 2013, and Ms. Mukherji has been selected for inclusion in California Super Lawyers’ Rising Star list since 2019. The founding partner of our firm, lawyer Angela M. Bean, has also been recognized by her immigration law colleagues as a leader in deportation and removal defense. Before her recent semiretirement, she was board-certified in immigration and nationality law by the Board of Legal Specialization of The State Bar of California since 1987.
Our attorneys have actively contributed to the field through their roles in the ALA by engaging with gov officials and legal. Our managing partners have both served as past chairs at the American Immigration Lawyers Association, with Mr. Lloyd and Ms. Mukherji having served as past chair for the Northern California Chapter.
