Supreme Court blocks Trump from ending DACA

DACA survives for now! This is a long decision with a lot to review, but the Supreme Court has blocked DHS from terminating DACA!
The decision seems to leave a chance for DHS to perhaps end DACA through different processes, but they would at least need to restart and follow a number of procedures. Therefore, DACA is safe for today, in a welcome surprise!
